Michael Rizk, PE, brings extensive experience in planning and managing large-scale offshore wind projects. He supported the development of two wind farms totaling over 2 GW. Michael defines EPC scopes, builds detailed project schedules, and ensures timely delivery of power under complex regulatory, environmental and market conditions.
A core strength is Michael’s ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks through advanced “what-if” analysis. He evaluates the impact of supply chain disruptions, limited domestic manufacturing, vessel availability, evolving lead times, and seasonal constraints. These simulations allow project teams to create robust contingency plans that keep projects aligned with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) milestones and regulatory requirements.
