Michael brings over thirty five years of national and international engineering and construction experience.  He develops large complex program controls and has extensive hands-on experience focusing on interpretation of contract terms and conditions, schedule oversight, cost control, risk analysis and claims resolution.  Michael analyzes multi-million dollar claims and has a proven track record of resolving disputes at the project level.

This particular claim was successfully settled, in our favor, for $28M in International Arbitration.
