When contractors encounter delays, they are required by contract to provide timely notices. But in the absence of an owner directed acceleration, contractors often face tough decisions to either constructively accelerate the work or complete the project late and be liable for liquidated damages. Because we document the causes leading to constructively accelerating the work, we can effectively mitigate these circumstances. We employ effective tools to demonstrate the status of the project and develop monthly progress updates documenting, among other things, the impact of changes and unanticipated conditions.
Construction Delay & Disruption Claims
We utilize CPM Schedules, generated throughout the project, to analyze delays. Because we can identify the causes leading to delays, we can develop accurate and effective project documentation to demonstrate and support entitlement. We negotiate on your behalf to settle disputes. We act as project neutrals in Mediation and Arbitration.
